Master of Education

Lebanon Valley College’s Master of Education degree (M.Ed.) implements the latest research and technology to enhance your classroom skills and open the door to new career opportunities. Earn your LVC M.Ed. degree entirely online, starting at your convenience with six annual start dates and seven-week sessions. As part of 11 courses, you’ll complete two certificates focused on key teaching topics.

Our online M.Ed. courses can be applied toward the Pennsylvania Department of Education’s instructional level II certification and ACT 48 continuing education credits. Ask us about employer discounts and discounts for PA Commonwealth employees and dependents.

The LVC M.Ed. requires two core courses, one elective, two certificates, and a capstone. Certificate options include AI, autism, curriculum and assessment, STEM, ensemble leadership, Modern Band, online teaching, and social-emotional wellness.

Lebanon Valley College’s online M.Ed. consists of a combination of recorded sessions and some live sessions  depending on the course. You’ll connect with your professors and classmates online and have plenty of flexibility to work within your schedule.
