Adjunct Instructor in Music, Low Brass
The Department of Music at Lebanon Valley College seeks an adjunct instructor in low brass. The successful candidate will teach individual lessons and courses in low brass literature and low brass pedagogy, including brass techniques, and oversee the College’s Brass Chamber Ensembles. Qualifications include a master’s degree in music. College-level teaching experience is desirable. Responsibilities: teach 30- or 60-minute weekly lessons in both classical and jazz performance to undergraduate students (music majors and non-majors), prepare music majors for semesterly performance juries, teach brass techniques to the music education majors, and prepare select students for recitals. Teach courses in pedagogy and literature on an as-needed basis. Oversee the Brass Chamber Ensembles and prepare two performances annually. Provide appropriate course syllabi to all students. Participate in annual teaching evaluations.
Lebanon Valley College offers three music degrees: BS in Music Education, BM in Music Production, and BA in Music. Approximately 25% of undergraduate students are involved in music, and music is considered a special strength of the college.

BSN Clinical Adjunct Instructor
Lebanon Valley College Department of Nursing is seeking a passionate and experienced registered nurse to join our team as a BSN clinical adjunct instructor. In this part-time, contract position, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of nursing by guiding and supporting undergraduate nursing students in their clinical rotations. Responsibilities include supervising and instructing BSN students in a variety of clinical settings to ensure they meet course objectives and develop safe and effective nursing skills, evaluating student performance through written and verbal feedback by providing constructive criticism and guidance for improvement, developing and implementing clinical learning experiences that align with course curriculum and program goals, collaborating with faculty and clinical site personnel to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience for students, maintaining accurate and complete documentation of student progress and clinical encounters, and staying current in nursing practice and education through ongoing professional development. Qualifications include a BSN required, MSN preferred or in progress, current unencumbered license as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Pennsylvania, a minimum of two years of recent clinical nursing experience in a relevant area, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, demonstrated ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and healthcare professionals, and strong commitment to nursing education and student success. Adjunct instructors in Economics-Undergraduate and MBA Courses
The Department of Business, Accounting, and Economics at Lebanon Valley College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach face-to-face UG courses and either face-to-face or online MBA courses in Economics at our Annville, PA campus location. Courses are available at both introductory (Principles) levels and in upper-level, disciplinary-specific classes. Faculty are currently sought to teach Principles of Macroeconomics, Econometrics, and MBA Managerial Economics in the Spring 2024 term. Qualifications include a combination of an earned doctorate (i.e. Ph.D., DBA) or a master’s degree with commensurate professional experience. Preference will be given to candidates who have teaching or corporate training experience and are available for ‘live’, in-person classes (either daytime or evening) beginning in the current academic year.
