
ASPIRE
ASPIRE is LVC’s customer service excellence program. LVC employees commit to providing legendary service to our customers, which include our students, their families, alumni, community members and our colleagues. This program began in 2023, initiated by President MacLaren as a strategy to increase the sense of belonging in our community and distinguish the LVC experience.
By creating enjoyable and satisfying experiences and removing obstacles and pain points, all members of our community will feel more welcomed, valued, and satisfied—and through word-of-mouth, they’ll pass along the strengths of LVC.
LVC employees:
- Provide enjoyable and satisfying LVC experiences
- Remove obstacles and detractors
- Provide “Wow” moments—always adding a little extra help or delight
- Collaborate with customers if a service “miss” occurs
