Campus Safety Officer (full-time)

Lebanon Valley College has an opening for a full-time campus safety officer. Primary duties include campus patrol, building security, safety checks, parking enforcement, and crowd / vehicle control. Candidate must have availability for all three shifts (day, evening, and night) and the availability to work weekends and some holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid PA driver’s license. Police or security experience is a plus. Hourly rate is $17.24. Student Success and Instruction Librarian

Lebanon Valley College invites applications for the position of Student Success and Instruction Librarian. Reporting to the Director of the Bishop Library, the Student Success and Instruction Librarian engages in programming and activities that contribute to student success initiatives across the college including, but not limited to, First Year Experience, first generation, transfer, and graduate student support efforts. The librarian will promote, develop, and deliver information literacy instruction and research services while working collaboratively across all college departments to provide high-quality services to meet the information needs of the LVC community. Qualifications include a M.L.S. from an ALA accredited institution, demonstrated commitment to student success and information literacy instruction, experience teaching information literacy, creating instructional tools in an academic environment, and providing research services in an academic library. Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Student Support & Accountability

Lebanon Valley College invites applications for the position of Associate Dean of Student Affairs and Student Support & Accountability. Reporting to the Interim Vice President of Student Affairs, the associate dean manages systems that balance care for students. This position provides leadership for the student conduct process, chairs the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT), oversees Counseling and Health Services and the division’s on-call system, and serves as a Title IX Deputy Coordinator. The associate dean also serves as part of the Student Affairs on-call rotation, responding to student needs and critical incidents as they arise. Grounded in restorative practices and LVC’s ASPIRE service model, the associate dean ensures that interventions are fair, consistent, and educational, while fostering a campus culture of belonging, accountability, and student success. Qualifications include a master’s degree in higher education, student affairs, counseling, or a related field required; doctorate preferred, significant experience in student conduct, behavioral intervention, or student support services, demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and restorative approaches to student accountability. The College seeks an experienced, visionary, and data-informed enrollment leader to serve as Vice President of Enrollment Management (VPEM). Reporting directly to the President, the VPEM will serve as a key member of the senior leadership team and a strategic partner in shaping the College’s future.

The VPEM will oversee the Offices of Undergraduate Admission and Financial Aid and play a central role in advancing the College’s Imagine LVC Strategic Plan, Strategic Enrollment Marketing Plan, Campus Master Plan, and major fundraising initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of all full-time student recruitment efforts, ensuring the College meets its goals for enrollment, net revenue, and student diversity—geographic, socioeconomic, and cultural.

The ideal candidate will be innovative, collaborative, and analytically driven, able to make data-informed decisions that align enrollment strategy with institutional mission and market realities. The VPEM will lead efforts to strengthen LVC’s presence in primary markets while cultivating growth in new regions and populations.

Scoreboard & Clock Operator

The Lebanon Valley College Department of Athletics seeks a scoreboard/clock operator to manage the game clock, shot clock, and scoreboard during all LVC home men’s and women’s basketball games. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring accurate time keeping and score updates in accordance with all NCAA rules and the official’s direction. There may also opportunities to assist with additional sports based on interest and experience.  Qualifications include a strong focus and attention to detail, familiarity with basketball rules and timing procedures, the ability to work evenings and weekends, prior experience operating sports clocks/scoreboards is preferred. Athletic Trainer

The department of athletic training seeks an experienced athletic trainer. Under the supervision of the associate athletic director of sports medicine, the trainer works 10 months annually (August 1- May 31) and is responsible for assisting in athletic related health care under the supervision of the team physician(s). Responsibilities also include assisting in the supervision and coordination of LVC’s sports medicine program in injury prevention, evaluation, management and treatment of athletic injuries, short and long term rehabilitation of athletic injuries, and education and counseling of student-athletes regarding injuries and prevention.  Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in area of specialization and 4 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree and 2 years of professional experience, as well as certification by the Board of Certification (BOC). State athletic training licensure, familiarity with NCAA governing rules, CPR-First Aid certification, and strength and conditioning experience is also preferred. Availability for significant travel, evening or weekend hours as necessary, the ability to lift up to 40 pounds on a regular basis (or with assistance), and a valid PA driver’s license are required. Buildings Maintenance Technician (Plumber)

The Office of Facilities Services seeks a buildings maintenance technician (plumber). The buildings maintenance technician (Plumber) is responsible for the repair and maintenance of equipment including specialty items pertaining to the trade. The technician also cross-functions in the areas of HVAC and electrical maintenance and assists with special event requests and other trades when time permits. Essential functions include the repair and maintenance of equipment, main service lines (gas, water, sewer, and steam), fixtures, sinks, water closets, etc., as well as domestic hot water generating equipment, peripheral devices and piping the repair and maintenance of comfort heating equipment. This position requires tolerance for wet, humid, high heat and cold conditions. Work environment is both indoors and outdoors. Excellent physical condition is required due to prolonged walking, stooping, bending and kneeling. Must be able to climb and work from step ladders of various heights. Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis. Qualifications include an associate’s degree or equivalent from a technical school preferred and 3-6 years related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (Journeyman preferred). All facilities services maintenance staff are deemed essential personnel. Some occasional weekend / holiday availability is required, including a required on-call rotation. The part-time hourly rate is $15.00 per hour.  Primary duties include campus safety patrol, building security, safety checks, parking enforcement, and crowd / vehicle control. The position does not have a set number of guaranteed hours, hours are based on the need of the department. Candidate must have some availability for all three shifts (day, evening and night) and weekends and holidays. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid PA driver’s license. Police or security experience is a plus.
