The Registrar’s Office supports the mission of Lebanon Valley College by upholding the integrity of student academic records and credentials in accordance with institutional, state, and federal regulations while providing convenient, responsive, and accurate support to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public.

Fall 2026 & Spring 2027 Registration

Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 Registration will begin for graduate students April 1. Undergraduate registration will open April 8. Current students will have individually assigned registration times from April 8-14, which are listed in AccessLVC. Current undergraduate students will be able to register online via AccessLVC for both Fall 2026 and Spring 2027 courses until May 8. Standard Graduate student registration will remain open until two weeks prior to the start of the term; late registration remains open until the start of the term, subject to seat availability.

Summer 2026 Registration

Register for the summer term to continue your degree path, catch up, or get ahead! A wide variety of courses are offered in various undergraduate and graduate disciplines, many fulfilling general education requirements. Most courses are offered entirely online.  Alumni and visiting students are also welcome to enroll in a class.

Academic Year Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Summer, Winter, and Spring Break Hours

Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Summer hours on Fridays are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Closed Days

The office is closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and the day following, the holiday period (Dec. 23 through Jan. 3).
