Registrar’s Office
The Registrar’s Office supports the mission of Lebanon Valley College by upholding the integrity of student academic records and credentials in accordance with institutional, state, and federal regulations while providing convenient, responsive, and accurate support to students, faculty, staff, alumni, and the general public.
Spring 2026 Registration
Undergraduate online registration for the Spring semester will begin November 3. Current students will have individually assigned registration times from November 3-7, which will be listed in AccessLVC. Current undergraduate students will be able to register online via AccessLVC for the Spring 2026 semester until December 12.
Winter 2025-26 Registration
Winter 2025-26 courses will be available for registration beginning on August 11. Registration will remain open until the course’s start date. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please consult your advisor for recommendations.
Academic Year Hours
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Summer, Winter, and Spring Break Hours
Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Summer hours on Fridays are 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Closed Days
The office is closed for the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Thanksgiving and the day following, the holiday period (Dec. 23 through Jan. 3).
