International Business
Running a successful business is challenging enough. When you add an international component to your operations, the complexity grows. You'll need to navigate cultures, languages, politics, economies, and expectations.
LVC’s International Business program helps you acquire business know-how and cultural competencies that will give you an edge on the global stage.
Learn More About the Program
Classes in marketing, finance, and other functional areas will help you tackle the management challenges you’re likely to face. But you’ll also learn about the effects globalization has on both individuals and society. To gain even deeper perspective, add a second major in economics, global studies, languages, history, or sociology.
Need-based Departmental Scholarships are available and are renewable for up to four years.
A background in international business prepares you to handle tasks that require a global perspective. You might travel abroad to negotiate business deals, prepare employees for international travel, or help companies implement culturally sensitive practices. You’ll be ready for a range of industries.
