Jaylan Colon ’18’s experience at LVC benefits from joining student clubs and organizations.
Student life at LVC is largely student-driven, with more than 90 clubs, organizations, and initiatives entirely run by and made up of students. This means it’s easy to get involved, easy to take on a leadership position, and easy to take a new idea and run with it. The Student Affairs staff and the Leadership workshops will provide you with plenty of guidance and support along the way!
The Student Programming Board plans many exciting events throughout the year. Top-notch performers such as comedians, hypnotists, illusionists, and more hit the stage nearly every Friday night. The Underground Dance comes alive with more than 200 students every Saturday beginning at midnight. They plan multiple nights of entertainment right on campus. We also offer a Coffeehouse Series at MJ's located in downtown Annville. A different performer, including some LVC students, appears on the first Wednesday of each month. SPB also offers bus trips throughout the semester to nearby attractions and events.
The Student Activities Office, located in the Mund College Center, assists all students and organizations whether they are interested in the arts, media, government, politics, religious life, service, academics, or other special-interest areas. Our goal is to enhance your overall learning experience through out-of-classroom activities and to develop a community atmosphere among students, faculty, and staff.
