Prospective undergraduates: Participate in an on-campus or virtual visit opportunity by May 1, 2026, and you will receive a $1,000 annual grant as part of your LVC financial aid when you enroll for Fall 2026.

Day at The Valley
April 20 | 9:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m.

Get to know LVC more in-depth on April 20, 2026. Attend a class and meet with faculty in your area of interest. Parents can find out more about financial aid, student life, and academics. Enjoy lunch in the dining hall and a campus tour with a current student.

$4,000 Visit Incentive

Prospective undergraduates who attend a qualified visit by May 1, 2026, and enroll for Fall 2026 will receive a $1,000 per-year grant (up to $4,000 total over four years).

Visit Grant Criteria

Option 1: Register for and attend an in-person campus tour on or before May 1, 2026. This visit must be coordinated with the Office of Admission.

Option 2: Request and attend a virtual visit before May 1, 2026. Email admission@lvc.edu to schedule a day of your choice.

Option 3: Register for and attend an in-person or virtual high school visit before May 1, 2026. Check with your school counselor for details. If we are not visiting your school, you can request a virtual visit with our Admission Office.

Option 4: If you have previously visited LVC in-person or virtually (prior to August 2025) and coordinated the visit through Admission, you’ll automatically receive the incentive.

Monday–Friday at 9 a.m., 11 a.m., and 1 p.m.

Start with an admission session with one of our counselors, then dive into a student-led tour to explore the places where you’ll live, learn, and grow. If you’d like to see more or customize your visit, let us know—we’re here to make your day as informative and meaningful as possible.

Your Visit Includes:

Admission Session with a Counselor (about 30 minutes): Learn about the admission process and how LVC supports your success.
Student-led Campus Tour (about 80 minutes): Explore residence halls, academic buildings, dining areas, and social spaces.

Enrolled first-year and transfer students take the next step on their Dutchman journey by attending one of the New Student Advising Days. Students will schedule courses with an advisor, meet their fellow classmates, and explore residential and academic life at LVC. NSAD also includes parent sessions focused on the transition from high school to college and how LVC’s resources can best support students.

We are excited to welcome prospective transfer students to The Valley. Join us on campus to meet with an admissions counselor to discuss the transfer admissions process, transferring credit to LVC, and financial aid. Plus, you’ll take a tour of our beautiful campus!

Please email your unofficial college transcript(s) to agibson@lvc.edu after registering for your visit to receive a preliminary transfer evaluation.
