Housing Options
You’ll spend your first three years in traditional residence halls, supported by resident assistants who are there to show you the ropes and help you have a good time. As a senior you may also have the option to choose among apartment, house, or suite-style options (based on availability). And you’ll never have to worry about finding a place to live because housing is guaranteed for all four years.
If you are requesting special housing accommodations such as air-conditioning, medical documentation from a physician stating the specific housing need is necessary; the Housing Accommodation Verification Form (PDF) must be completed for special housing needs.
Returning students should return the form to Residential Life by early February and new students should return the form by June 1 in order for Residential Life to review your request. Forms should only be submitted if there is a documented medical need and special housing is absolutely required.

All traditional hall bedrooms are single-sex, and each resident is provided a bed, dresser, desk, desk chair, and closet space. All housing options at Lebanon Valley College are clean-air facilities.
Funkhouser Hall houses just over 200 first-year students and is named in memory of Dr. E.N. Funkhouser, president emeritus of the board of trustees.

Hammond Hall houses 82 students and is named in the memory of Lucian H. Hammond, second president of the College.
Keister Hall houses 76 upper-class students and is named in memory of Dr. Lawrence Keister, LVC president from 1907–12.
Mary Green Hall houses 117 upper-class students and is named in memory of the former dean of women, Mary Capp Green.
Silver Hall houses 142 upper-class students and is named for alumna Dr. Mable I. Silver ’25, a missionary doctor.
Ground was broken in May 2008 for Stanson Hall on the corner of Sheridan Avenue and Railroad Street. Named for Gregory Stanson ’63, vice president emeritus for enrollment and student services, the 148-bed resident hall provides a mixture of single and double rooms configured to foster a sense of community while still providing privacy. The building, which echoes the roofline of the Vernon and Doris Bishop Library, was opened to students at the beginning of the fall 2009 semester.
- Stanson Hall has 50 singles and 49 doubles with 148 total beds.

Vickroy Hall houses approximately 135 first-year students and is named in honor of Thomas Rhys Vickroy, first president of the College.

- Groups of six students are the only acceptable means through which to sign up for these houses.
- All students who secure these facilities will pay a Level I room rate.

- ALL Utilities included.
- Facilities are non-air-conditioned. Students MAY NOT bring or install their own window or non-window air-conditioning unit(s).

Dellinger Hall houses 72 students. Each suite houses four students and is a single-sex suite. Students living in this hall are usually rising senior and rising junior students. A kitchen is located on each floor and laundry rooms are located throughout the building. There is air conditioning throughout Dellinger Hall.
- There are four single bedrooms, a common area, and a bathroom in each suite
- All Dellinger residents pay the Level 1 housing rate

Derickson Hall houses 79 students in single-sex apartments. Students living in this hall are typically rising senior and rising junior students. There is a kitchen in each apartment , a laundry room for all Derickson residents, and air conditioning throughout Derickson Hall.
- Each 2-person Derickson apartment includes one double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a common area.
- Each 3-person Derickson apartment includes one triple bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, a common area and a loft.
- Each 4-person Derickson apartment includes two double bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a common area.
- Each 5-person Derickson apartment includes one triple bedroom, one double bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a common area.
- All Derickson residents pay the Level 1 housing rate

Marquette Hall houses 56 students. Each suite houses four students and is a single-sex suite. Students living in this hall are usually rising senior and rising junior students. Kitchens and laundry rooms are located throughout the building. There is air conditioning throughout Marquette Hall.

Limited graduate housing is available for students on a space-available basis. Priority is given to students enrolled in a full-time, in-person graduate program whose permanent residency is greater than 30 miles from Lebanon Valley College.
