Fulton Bank Donates Former Annville Location to Lebanon Valley College
LVC is exploring strategic uses to enhance the student experience.
Fulton Bank has donated its former financial center property at 1 W. Main St. in Annville to Lebanon Valley College.
“As a community bank, we recognize that supporting education is an investment in our future. Lebanon Valley College alumni have gone on to serve as leaders in business, science, and the arts,” said Curt Myers, Chairman, CEO and President of Fulton Bank. “That’s why we are honored to donate this property to LVC, to help them continue to grow and expand the positive impact they make in central Pennsylvania and beyond.”
“I am grateful to Fulton Bank for this generous donation to the College,” said Dr. James M. MacLaren, LVC President. “We are identifying exciting options for the building’s new purpose. Its central and prominent location in Annville presents us with opportunities to provide new or expanded programs or services to students while maintaining LVC’s connections and presence in Annville.”
The property includes a 4,600-square-foot building and adjacent parking lot at the intersection of Routes 422 and 934 in Annville. Fulton Bank previously operated a financial center there, and the bank continues to serve the community through six financial centers in Lebanon County.
Lebanon Valley College is a longtime customer of Fulton Bank, and several LVC graduates serve the bank in executive roles, including Central Pennsylvania Market President Joe Rilatt (’91, P’24, Vice Chair of the LVC Board of Trustees and incoming board chair), who helped arrange this donation.
