About Service Excellence at LVC

At Lebanon Valley College, we are proud of our reputation for service excellence. We aim to be collaborative, considerate, efficient, inclusive, and receptive in everything we do. The Dutchman WOW recognition is one of the best ways to honor colleagues who exhibit our service standards.

Annual Service Awards

These awards will be announced at our annual Employee Recognition and Holiday Celebration.

Dutchman of the Year

Those who have received a Dutchman WOW recognition throughout the year will be placed in a drawing for a chance to become Dutchman of the Year.

Those who have received a Dutchman WOW as a department will be placed in a drawing for a chance to become the Service Excellence Department of the Year.
