CASE Workshop: Staying Motivated

Staying Motivated is a timely academic success workshop designed to help students refocus and finish the semester strong. Strategically scheduled after spring break, this session addresses common motivation challenges that arise during the stretch run of the term. Students will learn practical strategies to maintain momentum, manage academic fatigue, set short-term goals, and stay engaged with their coursework through the end of the semester.
