2026 Coach Pantalone Dutchmen Football Classic

Iron Valley Golf Club

We’re proud to introduce the Coach Pantalone Dutchmen Football Classic, our reimagined annual golf outing honoring the impact and legacy of Coach Vince Pantalone.

Vince Pantalone Coached at LVC for 13 seasons and was the Defensive Coordinator for 7 seasons. He embodied what it meant to be a Dutchmen. In 2013, Coach Pantalone experienced the heartbreaking loss of his son to cancer. That same year through his strength and leadership, he led the Dutchmen to a MAC Championship. He retired from coaching after the 2017 season with 3 All-Americans, 2 Defensive Player of the years, and 6 All-Region players. Unfortunately, on December 5th, 2024, Coach Pantalone passed away from his ongoing battle with cancer. The Vince Pantalone Award will be awarded annually to an LVC Football Player who showed resiliency under pressure both on and off the field. This recipient must also exhibit the characteristics that Coach Pantalone preached: Character, Academics, Faith, Work Ethic, Overcoming Adversity, and being a good teammate.

Join us for a day of camaraderie, golf, and celebration with the LVC Football Community!
