Financial Aid Reminders for Enrolled Students
The staff of our Financial Aid and Business Office is sharing some important reminders and information as you complete your paperwork as part of the enrollment process.
Financial Aid offers can be viewed on AccessLVC. Students received an email from oit@lvc.edu with their login information which is different from their admission portal. If you need assistance logging in to AccessLVC, please contact Gina Messenger, financial aid systems administrator, at messenge@lvc.edu.
If you were selected for verification and have not yet submitted all the required paperwork, please submit the documents as soon as possible so that we can finalize your aid offer. You may upload them on the Required Documents page of AccessLVC or send them via regular mail. Due to data security regulations, email will not be accepted. The following steps must be completed on AccessLVC.
- Take action on your Federal Direct Subsidized and/or Unsubsidized Loan (if included in your aid offer). Go to My Awards to accept, reduce, or decline your student loan.
- Electronically sign your aid offer letter. Go to Aid Offer Letter. After reviewing the information, scroll to the bottom to accept and sign.

The Business Office will notify students by email approximately July 2 when the fall semester bill is available and around Thanksgiving for the spring bill. Payment will be due in early August for fall and early January for spring. Students are emailed monthly for incidental charges, as well. Please share this information with your parent/guardian if they are assisting in paying the bill. It is very important that everyone is informed of due dates and account information.
An electronic student account worksheet will be attached to your bill. This is a tool that you should use (along with the aid offer letter) to calculate your out-of-pocket payment due to the College.
If you need to borrow additional loans, you should consider the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan or private student loan.
The Financial Aid and Business offices will now begin to email your LVC account instead of your personal email. Please be sure to check it regularly.
