LVC Guiding Principles for Inclusive Excellence

The purpose of Inclusive Excellence at Lebanon Valley College is to intentionally cultivate an inclusive community where every individual is seen, valued, and connected. By making inclusion a way of being and belonging a shared, lived experience, we affirm that equity and excellence are achieved together—through a community that thrives on connection, respect, and mutual empowerment.
