Global Conversation Hour: Albania—From Communism to Parliamentary Democracy

In her talk, “Albania: The Dream and Challenges: From Communism to Parliamentary Democracy”, Dr. Hoxha will talk about Albania’s history as a socialist/communist state that presided Albanian governance 1945-1991. She will share her recent trip to BunkArt, a historical museum of the communist era. The talk will also briefly discuss the rise of the current anti-government movement called the ‘Flamingo Revolution’.
