Scheduling Space on Campus

Schedule an Event

Contact events@lvc.edu 5-10 days prior to your event to reserve space on campus. Include the following information with your request:

  • Name of Event
  • Group/Organization/Department/Office sponsoring the event
  • Host Name, phone number, and email address
  • Date and time of event(s) (including set-up/tear-down times)
  • Estimated number of attendees
  • Location Preference (Room/Building)
  • Additional Needs (Audio Visual, Catering)

A room reservation confirmation will be emailed once the event reservation is confirmed.

Policies

Lebanon Valley College, an institution of higher education maintains the commitment to its purpose and mission. As a campus, we emphasize the prioritization to and for programs and activities for or by our students, faculty, and staff. LVC welcomes the opportunity to showcase our campus for the purpose of special events and program by external groups, however the College reserves the right to decide whether to provide use, charge usage or rental fees, move or relocate any requests or reservations for use of campus facilities and resources by external groups.
