Scheduling Space on Campus
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org 5-10 days prior to your event to reserve space on campus. Include the following information with your request:
- Name of Event
- Group/Organization/Department/Office sponsoring the event
- Host Name, phone number, and email address
- Date and time of event(s) (including set-up/tear-down times)
- Estimated number of attendees
- Location Preference (Room/Building)
- Additional Needs (Audio Visual, Catering)
A room reservation confirmation will be emailed once the event reservation is confirmed.

However, the College reserves the right to move/relocate and/or reschedule a request/reservation for use of campus facilities.
