Scheduling Space on Campus

Schedule an Event

Contact 5-10 days prior to your event to reserve space on campus. Include the following information with your request:

  • Name of Event
  • Group/Organization/Department/Office sponsoring the event
  • Host Name, phone number, and email address
  • Date and time of event(s) (including set-up/tear-down times)
  • Estimated number of attendees
  • Location Preference (Room/Building)
  • Additional Needs (Audio Visual, Catering)

A room reservation confirmation will be emailed once the event reservation is confirmed.
