Reporting an Emergency

Call 911 if you are unsure about whom to contact or if immediate assistance is needed.

Provide the Following Information:

• State: “This is an emergency.”
• Your name
• Location: Provide the exact location (building, room, etc.)
• Nature of the Emergency: Describe what is happening (fire, chemical spill, etc.)
• Injuries: Indicate if there are any injuries
• Hazards: Mention any hazards that could affect emergency responders
• A phone number where you can be reached
