Ashley Broderick, M.S, holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Towson University and a Master of Science in Applied Health Physiology from Salisbury University. She also holds ACSM-CEP certification. With more than 10 years of experience in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation, she currently manages a cardiopulmonary department at Luminis Health- Anne Arundel Medical Center, where she oversees programs focused on improving cardiovascular and pulmonary health outcomes.

In addition to her clinical leadership experience, Professor Broderick has a passion for education and student development. She previously served as an Adjunct Exercise Science Professor and Graduate Assistant at Salisbury University, where she supported undergraduate and graduate students in their academic and professional growth. Her expertise bridges both healthcare practice and higher education, bringing real-world insights and evidence-based knowledge into the classroom.
