We are excited to welcome our alumni, families, and friends to campus for a fun-filled Homecoming at the Valley, October 11–13, 2024. This year, we celebrate alumni with graduation years ending in 4 & 9. Register for the Alumni & Family Hospitality Tent and receive a $5 discount to celebrate your special class reunion year.

Marcus Brown ’20, a graduate of LVC’s 3+2 Engineering program, is the featured speaker.

 

COUNSELING SERVICES OPEN HOUSE
4–5 p.m.
Visit the newly renovated Counseling Services building at 209 E. Main Street, and learn about the services offered to support our students.

 

FLYING DUTCHMEN ALE REVEAL AND NMR OPEN HOUSE
5 p.m.
Neidig-Garber Atrium
Enjoy a tasting and presentation by the student “Brew Crew” of the 2024 Edition Flying Dutchmen Ale. (Must be 21 years of age to enjoy the Flying Dutchmen Ale, (ID required). Visit the new NMR instrument in the Physics department and talk with faculty about the latest in the sciences at LVC.

ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME INDUCTION CEREMONY AND RECEPTION

Celebrate the official induction of the 2024 Athletic Hall of Fame class. (Must be 21 years of age to enjoy the Flying Dutchman Ale; ID required)

CLASS OF 2024 0-YEAR REUNION
We invite our newest alumni to our first ever 0-Year Reunion! Stop by the Pep Rally for complimentary drink tickets for the Corvette Bar & Grille, redeemable on Friday, October 11, 2024. Connect with friends and classmates Friday at the Corvette and on Saturday, visit the Class of 2024 tent for a photo booth and LVC swag.

Arnold Field (Rain location – LVC Sports Center)
Cheer on the Flying Dutchmen teams as they prepare for Saturday contests and entertain with their best dance moves.

CPR TRAINING HOSTED BY LVC DEPARTMENT OF ATHLETIC TRAINING
Arnold Health Professions Pavilion, Room 103

9–10 a.m Adult/Child/Infant CPR and AED
Participants who successfully complete the course will receive a certificate through the Emergency Care and Safety Institute (ECSI). Registrants will receive an email link to complete the course’s online portion with skills testing during this session.

Proceeds support the Benjamin G. Siegfried ’22, M’23 Memorial Fund.  Pre-registration required and registration closes on 9.27.24
COST: $25

10–10:30 a.m. OR 10:30–11 a.m. Hands-Only CPR
Participants will learn CPR without mouth-to-mouth breath training. Recommended for use by people who see a teen or adult collapse in an “out-of-hospital” setting.
Pre-registration is required.

GAMMA SIGMA SIGMA OPEN HOUSE
10:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. | 50 N. College Ave.
The Beta Chi Chapter of Gamma Sigma Sigma National Service Sorority Inc. invite Alumnae to visit the Gamma Sigma Sigma house to celebrate the Chapter’s 75th anniversary.  Connect with sisters, enjoy refreshments, and play yard games.

COST: $20 per souvenir cup pre-registered by October 9.  $25 per souvenir cup day of (discount of $5 for class reunion years – 4s & 9’s)
