National Library Week Celebration
Bishop Library
Join us for our National Library Week Celebration (April 7-13) on Thursday, April 11, from 3–5 p.m. at Bishop Library.
We will be hosting a Literary Mocktail Hour and an Edible Book Contest (in collaboration with the LVC Campus Connections Committe. Details to follow.
MC Hyland, Assistant Professor of English and Creative Writing, and students will demonstrate their letter press from 3:30–5 p.m. and will give away bookmarks created with the press.
Attendees can mark countries they’ve read books from via our “Read Across the World” map. This will also be featured during Dr. Can Yüce’s (Assistant Professor of History) global conversation hour presentation.
