Campus Upgrades & Additions

The Future is Taking Shape

We’re making changes so that you can do more here—and go further everywhere: LVC’s campus is humming with the sounds of construction as we enhance and expand academic, athletic, parking, and dining spaces across campus.

  • Need a pick-me-up or a snack? There will be a new dining storefront and coffee bar in the lobby of the Jeanne and Edward H. Arnold Health Professions Pavilion.
  • The InterMetzo Coffee Bar in Clyde A. Lynch Memorial Hall is moving to a new location to improve its services and open study spaces in the atrium.

Stay Fit, Be Well, and Cheer on the Dutchmen

LVC’s Athletics complex will undergo a transformational $17 million investment to redefine the student-athlete experience and advance wellness opportunities for the entire College community. We are:

  • Building a 7,500-square-foot Campus Community Fitness and Wellness Center. ^
  • Installing or renovating locker rooms for our varsity athletic teams.
  • Expanding and outfitting the College’s Sports Medicine and Athletic Training Suite to help student-athletes perform at their best.
  • Adding leading-edge equipment in the Varsity Team Sport Performance Center.
  • Constructing a spectator pool viewing deck.
  • Proposing a new 1,600-seat stadium to enhance the spectator experience for field hockey, football, lacrosse, and track & field competitions.

A solar field being installed in North Campus will generate 58% of LVC’s power.
