COVID-19 Information

COVID-19 vaccines are available to all groups in PA. Review the fall 2021 return to campus protocols and let LVC know when you are fully vaccinated.

The staff of our Financial Aid and Business Office is sharing some important reminders and information as you complete your paperwork as part of the enrollment process.

Where to Find Your Financial Aid Information

Financial Aid offers can be viewed on the Student Portal under the Financial Aid tab.

Required documents can also be seen in your Student Portal if you haven’t yet received an aid offer.

What We Need From You

If you were selected for verification and have not yet submitted all the required paperwork, please submit the documents as soon as possible so that we can finalize your aid offer.

  • One signed copy of the aid offer letter. You may sign a hard copy that was previously mailed, even if it is not the most recent offer. Rest assured, you will receive the aid that is reflected on the student portal.

  • The Borrowing Intention Form (BIF). This allows us to know how much you and/or your parent plan to borrow in federal direct loans. Submit by June 15.
    • If you plan to borrow the Federal Direct Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loans and you are a first-time borrower, you must go to studentaid.gov to complete Entrance Counseling, the Master Promissory Note, and the Annual Student Loan Acknowledgement. Our office will be notified electronically once you have completed these steps.

All required documents must be uploaded through the secure link or sent via regular mail. You can access the secure link by logging into your Student Portal. We recommend that you email finaid@lvc.edu to confirm receipt.

For more information about the terms and conditions of your financial aid and financing options, please see our Financial Aid Information Packet.

Payment and Billing Information

Fall bills will be emailed around July 2 and will be due in early August. Spring bills are emailed around Thanksgiving and due early January. Bills for incidental charges are emailed monthly, as well. Please share this information with your parent/guardian if they are assisting in paying the bill. It is very important that everyone is informed of due dates and account information.

An electronic student account worksheet will be attached to your bill. This is a tool that you should use (along with the aid offer) to calculate your out-of-pocket payment due to the College.

If you need to borrow additional loans, you should consider the Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan or student alternative loans.

The Financial Aid and Business offices will now begin to email your LVC account instead of your personal email. Please be sure to check it regularly.
