Stress and Stress Management in Healthcare Workers

I am currently working on three major projects. The first is examining the perceived stress levels of Physical Therapists in various practice settings. The second is investigating methods to decrease perceived stress and improve employee satisfaction and outcomes. The third is identifying the relationship of student Physical Therapist Professional Development and the perception of ideal clinical instructor behaviors.
