Request for Transcript

An authenticated login is required to request transcripts through the College web site. Requests for transcripts can also be made in-person, by postal mail, and by fax, as described below. In addition, please note that Lebanon Valley College no longer charges for transcript requests.

In order to comply with federal privacy laws, we cannot accept requests for transcripts by phone or email.

You can view your academic records (including unofficial transcripts) through AccessLVC, available by logging in to MyLVC. If you have forgotten your password, you may reset your password.

Students who have withdrawn from the College must request a transcript in writing.

Print and complete a transcript request form (pdf).

The form may be submitted in one of two ways:

This request must include your signature (federal law requires that requests in this format include your signature before your transcript can be released).

Turnaround Time: We ask that you allow three business days for you transcript to be processed (excluding standard mailing time), although requests are typically processed within one business day. Please consider our days of operation when making time-sensitive requests.

Prior obligations: All financial obligations must be met before a transcript can be released by the College.
