Nicole’s experience as a Lebanon Valley College undergraduate was so impactful that it led her to pursue a career in higher education. She was within one semester of earning her Master of Science in student affairs administration when she learned of an open position in student affairs at LVC through a fellow alum and staff member. After applying for and accepting the position, she began her career in higher education while simultaneously working on her advanced degree. As a student, the close-knit campus community was a deciding factor for Nicole. As a staff member, she appreciates that her one-time mentors welcomed her as their colleague.

When Nicole was a student, LVC’s wealth of opportunities to engage in co-curricular activities changed her career plan. She participated in Student Government, the Global Education Club, the swim team, and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee. She was a Resident Assistant, a Valley Blue Coat, a Writing Tutor, and a Peer Mentor. She studied in the Netherlands and Italy and participated in two spring break service trips. Now, as a member of LVC’s staff, she encourages students to take advantage of every available co-curricular opportunity to grow, discover their path, and succeed.

In her free time, Nicole likes to read. Her favorite genre is historical fiction and the author Ruta Sepetys.  She enjoys baking and is currently experimenting with baked oatmeal flavors. Her favorites are blueberry, zucchini, and pumpkin.  She also likes to be outdoors hiking, biking, or kayaking.  After work, you may find her winding down with a walk around campus and the town of Annville or Memorial Lake State Park.
