Liz Sterner, assistant professor of chemistry and Brew Crew Chief, introduces President James MacLaren and his wife, Gina, to the temporarily halted tradition of Flying Dutchman Ale (FDA). Dr. Sterner shares the history of FDA and joins President MacLaren, who also enjoys brewing beer, in sharing insights into how beer is brewed and flavors developed.
