Food Heroes: LVC Community Fights Hunger Through COVID

Jen Liedtka '92, M'00, Coordinator of LVC Community Service talks with Shila Ulrich '05, Executive Director of The Caring Cupboard in Palmyra and Dayshalee Rosario Cruz '20, Client Services Representative of the Lebanon County Housing Authority, about their work combating food insecurity during COVID, and the service LVC students are providing.

Cocktail, Mocktails & Brews

Liz Sterner, assistant professor of chemistry and Brew Crew Chief, introduces President James MacLaren and his wife, Gina, to the temporarily halted tradition of Flying Dutchman Ale (FDA).  Dr. Sterner shares the history of FDA and joins President MacLaren, who also enjoys brewing beer, in sharing insights into how beer is brewed and flavors developed.
