Whether you\u2019re planning a meeting, conference, performance, or gathering, our scenic campus, modern facilities, and dedicated event support make LVC a great place to gather, collaborate, and celebrate.<\/p>\n<p>Depending on who is hosting your event, support is provided by one of two campus offices:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Conference Services<\/strong> works with LVC faculty, staff, and student organizations to coordinate event bookings, assess and manage facilities needs and related logistics, and provide support for internal events across campus.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Event Services<\/strong> works with external partners and organizations to plan and execute events on campus. Enjoy beautiful indoor and outdoor spaces for meetings, conferences, weddings, and more.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Academic buildings, including the <strong>Arnold Health Professions Pavilion (AHPP), PAM Health School of Nursing, <\/strong>and<strong> Clyde A. Lynch Memorial Hall<\/strong>, provide a variety of classroom spaces and open concourses perfect for meetings, breakout sessions, mixers, and cocktail receptions.<\/li>\n<li>Our two performance venues, <strong>Lutz Hall<\/strong> and <strong>Leedy Theater<\/strong>, offer space for keynotes, large lectures, concerts, and a variety of productions. Lutz Hall, located within the Brossman Blair Music Center, can seat up to 530 attendees, while Leedy Theater, located in the Allan W. Mund College Center, can accommodate up to 180.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Louis Brong Miller Sanctuary<\/strong> in the <strong>Frederic K. Miller Chapel<\/strong> is a preferred location for wedding ceremonies, services, choir performances, and large keynotes, and offers seating for up to 880 people between its main and upper levels. Requests to have an outside organist perform at your ceremony or service can be submitted by completing the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lvc.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Organ-Permission-Form.docx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Organ Permission Form<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Suzanne H. Arnold Gallery<\/strong> houses the Suzanne H. Arnold Art Gallery and Zimmerman Recital Hall. <strong>Zimmerman Recital Hall<\/strong>, located in the heart of this renovated church space, offers an atmospheric location for lectures, banquets, and small recitals and ceremonies. It can accommodate up to 110 guests in lecture style seating and up to 70 for banquets and formal receptions.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allan W. Mund College Center<\/strong> features our main <strong>Dining Hall<\/strong>, which can accommodate meetings, buffet-style events, and traditional banquets for up to 300 attendees. It also houses <strong>The Underground<\/strong>, a multi-use space complete with a lounge area and seating for up to 50 guests in lecture style format.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>Social Quad<\/strong> and <strong>Academic Quad<\/strong>, located on the south side of campus, offer open outdoor spaces for breakout areas and group activities.<\/li>\n<li>The <strong>LVC Sports Center<\/strong> includes <strong>Louis A. Sorrentino Gymnasium<\/strong> and the <strong>Edward H. Arnold Sports Arena<\/strong>. Catering ranges from standard served or buffet banquets, receptions or stations.
