Adjunct Instructors in MBA

The MBA Program at Lebanon Valley College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach face-to-face, online, and blended/hybrid MBA courses in defined areas of specialization within our graduate program.  Adjunct instructors are currently sought in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Marketing and Market Analytics, Management Information Systems, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Leadership, though qualified graduate instructors in all fields of business administration are urged to apply.  Experienced practitioners and career professionals with advanced certifications are also strongly encouraged to submit applications.  Qualifications include a combination of an earned doctorate (i.e. Ph.D., DBA) or a master's degree, and professional experience in the field and/or relevant professional certifications. Adjunct Instructors in Undergraduate (UG) Business, Accounting, & Economics

The Department of Business, Accounting, and Economics at Lebanon Valley College is seeking adjunct instructors to teach face-to-face UG courses in varied fields of Business, Accounting, and Economics at our Annville, PA campus location.  Courses are available at both introductory (Principles) levels and in upper-level, disciplinary-specific classes.  Business Generalists and career professionals with practical experience are urged to apply.  Qualifications include a combination of an earned doctorate (i.e. Ph.D., DBA) or a master's degree, and professional experience in the fields of management, marketing, finance, accounting, economics, human resources, logistics/supply chain, and/or relevant professional certifications. Adjunct Instructors in Physics

Lebanon Valley College is seeking Adjunct Instructors in Physics for teaching responsibilities in Introductory Physics.  Specific responsibilities include instruction in algebra-based, introductory physics lecture and/ or laboratory courses.  The two-semester course sequences provide students with an introduction to the fundamental concepts and laws of classical mechanics (translational motion, Newton's laws, energy, momentum, rotational motion, statics, fluids, oscillations, waves, and sound), thermodynamics, electricity, magnetism, optics, and atomic and nuclear physics.  

Lecture responsibilities include design and delivery of instructional content in an in-person setting.  Laboratory courses in Introductory Physics utilize a unified curriculum.  Laboratory responsibilities will include working with other instructors for equipment set-up.

LVC utilizes the Canvas, Learning Management System; experience with Canvas, as well as experience with the online delivery of content is helpful.  

Individuals with advanced degrees in physics are encouraged to apply; preference will be given to candidates with demonstrated teaching experience in physics.

Adjunct Instructors in Graduate-Level Clinical Mental Health Counseling

The Lebanon Valley College Psychology Department is seeking qualified adjunct instructors to teach courses in the Master’s program in Clinical Mental Health Counseling scheduled to begin in September 2020.  Teaching areas include professional standards & ethics, counseling processes, human growth & development, social & cultural diversity, abnormal behavior, assessment & evaluation, research methods & statistics, group dynamics, career counseling, cognitive behavior therapy, applied behavior analysis, addiction counseling, trauma counseling, and advanced electives in specialized counseling domains.  Candidates must have a Master’s, Ph.D., or Psy.D. in a field that supports the counseling-focused mission of the program, as well as relevant preparation and experience in relation to the courses they will eventually teach.
