Audiovisual Technology

The Office of Audiovisual Technology supports the campus community with audiovisual equipment, offers training in the use of technology enabled rooms, schedules access to technology and podiums in technology enabled rooms, and produces overhead transparencies.

Equipment Requests

Equipment requests should be placed Monday-Friday, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., either by phone (717-867-6200) or anytime using the audiovisual technology request form. Requests via voice mail will not be accepted. All form requests will be confirmed by return e-mail. Any request received less than two business days before a class or less than two weeks prior to the event may be denied.

  • Your phone number
  • Location of event or class
  • Equipment needed (if not sure, explain what you would like to do)
