ASPIRE is LVC\u2019s customer service excellence program. LVC employees commit to providing <\/span>legendary <\/span><\/i>service to our customers, which include our students, their families, alumni, community members and our colleagues. This program began in 2023, initiated by President MacLaren as a strategy to increase the sense of belonging in our community and distinguish the LVC experience.<\/span><\/p>\n

By creating enjoyable and satisfying experiences and removing obstacles and pain points, all members of our community will feel more welcomed, valued, and satisfied\u2014and through word-of-mouth, they\u2019ll pass along the strengths of LVC.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
