What is the Campus Family?<\/div>\n

The LVC Campus Family is the community\u00a0of dedicated employees who rally around and support our students, acting as a home away from home.<\/strong>\u00a0They are mentors, coaches, cheerleaders, and friends\u2014dependable figures who bolster students\u2019 wildest adventures, biggest endeavors, and overall academic success. A tremendous thank you goes to our colleagues whose commitment and innovation create programs and initiatives essential for our students’ success.\u00a0We are grateful for your dedication and support in helping our students thrive in our campus community and beyond.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Supporting the Campus Family Community<\/h4>\n

Everyone at LVC<\/strong>, from faculty to staff to coaches,\u00a0plays a crucial role in our Campus Family<\/strong>. While students are away from home,\u00a0we provide the care, education, and support they need<\/strong>. Last year, we introduced Campus Family Spotlights<\/a> to celebrate\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0inform<\/em>\u00a0the community\u00a0about life-altering initiatives and programming led by our colleagues<\/em>. Through payroll deductions<\/strong> (see form below) or outright gifts<\/a>, employees can support these impactful programs directly, such as the Brain Food Wall and Resource Closet<\/a>. These initiatives<\/strong>\u00a0support students in real-time<\/strong>,\u00a0enhancing their learning and personal growth.<\/strong>\u00a0We look forward to seeing you at our Campus Family events, where we unite to celebrate and support our students.
