Lindsey Pollak, a best-selling author and leading expert on the millennial generation and today’s multigenerational workplace, will visit Lebanon Valley College as the inaugural Breen Center speaker and part of the College’s Campus Speaker Series.

Often called a “translator,” Pollak advises both young professionals looking to succeed in today’s workplace and the organizations that want to recruit, retain, and engage them.

Her best-selling book Getting From College to Career: Your Essential Guide to Succeeding in the Real World will be the basis for her 11 a.m. keynote address to students. Faculty and staff are also welcome to attend this event.

Pollak’s afternoon lecture for faculty and staff at 2 p.m. will focus around her just-released book The Remix: How to Lead and Succeed in the Multigenerational Workplace.

Pollak’s visit, organized by the Breen Center for Graduate Success, is the first of an annual fall program to deepen students’ appreciation for the critical role of career preparation and success.
