Lebanon Valley College's Master of Music Education (MME) degree is designed to enhance the practice of music educators by implementing current research methods and innovative technologies. We are committed to a pedagogy that values cultural diversity and inclusion. Our aim is to inspire educators with ideas and techniques that are immediately applicable to the 21st-century classroom.
All educators holding Pennsylvania public school certification must maintain active certificates by earning six collegiate credits (180 continuing education hours) every five calendar years.
Lebanon Valley College is a PDE approved ACT 48 continuing education provider: All undergraduate and graduate credit-bearing courses are eligible for ACT 48 credit for courses related to the area of certification. Courses that will fulfill ACT 48 continuing education credit are currently available in the Master of Science in STEM Education (MSSE) and Master of Music Education (MME) graduate programs.
The LVC Master's in STEM Education program produces leaders for schools, the state, and nation. Our growing program employs a collaborative learning approach with classes designed to apply to any age range, from K-12.
