Steps to Become a Music Major
To enter the music program at LVC, you must apply to the college and complete an audition. The audition consists of these parts:
- Individual audition on
primary instrument - Ear training and sight singing assessment
- Fundamentals Assessment
- Meeting with the Music Department

*The deadline for scholarships is Feb. 15. The last date to audition is April 1.
The audition form must be completed online.
The audition must be successfully completed before students may register for music core courses.
