A member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (Grammys), Audio Engineering Society, and the Themed Entertainment Association, I have extensive experience in the industry as a recording engineer, consultant, conference panelist, workshop presenter, and performer. I have authored three books on audio engineering focused on recording, podcasts, and church sound, and currently engineer a number of podcast shows.
A primary area of interest is church sound, involving consultations on acoustics, system design and operation, and training sound teams. My doctorate is in learning and instructional design, which I use to help teachers design better experiences for students.
