Lebanon Valley College educates students for lifelong success through exceptional undergraduate liberal-arts programs and professional graduate programs delivered in an engaging and supportive academic and co-curricular environment. We educate our students to think critically and creatively, analyze and address complex issues, and communicate effectively. A. Provide institutional-level leadership of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) work.
B. Enhance support for underrepresented students.
C. Implement hiring processes to support diversity recruitment.
D. Develop a recruitment plan for increasing the undergraduate Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) population.
E. Foster an inclusive community of care and well-being.
