What is the application deadline?
The application deadline is April 15, but you should apply as soon as possible because there are a limited number of spaces available, and applications are reviewed as they are received.
How and when will I be notified that I’ve been accepted into the camp?
You'll be notified by email, and that email will also include payment instructions and a request for information regarding allergies, medication, or other particular needs of the student.
When will I arrive and depart from camp?
Check-in will be from 2:00 to 4:00 on Sunday June 21, and check-out will be at noon on Friday June 26.
What do I bring to camp?
You should bring clothes, towels, linens, and toiletries. You’ll have computer access for all camp activities, but you’re welcome to bring your own laptop. Meals will be provided, but you can bring snacks to keep in your dorm room.
How are camp fees paid?

Who will supervise students? Is campus safe?
Students will live in a dorm with Resident Assistants, who are current LVC students chosen specifically for that task. The dorms are always locked with access by I.D. card swipe. LVC public safety
officers are always on duty, and the camp director can be contacted at any time by the Resident Assistants.
What will happen in case of an emergency?
If a student gets sick or injured, parents will be contacted. In case of an emergency, the student will be transported to the nearest hospital.
Do you accept applications from international students?
Yes, we welcome applications from international students.
