Orientation 2009
What have I done for my community lately?

Experience the joy of serving!

  • Serve as a mentor to underprivileged youth.
  • Spend time with elderly members of your community.
  • Prepare food at a local soup kitchen.

Below you'll find a list of service organizations at LVC. Click on the group name and you'll be directed to the e-mail address of a student leader who can help you get involved.

The College takes great joy in recognizing the service of our students through service awards. Report your hours served and they will be tracked on a web-based platform. Group and individual awards may be noted on your Job Profile. To register, send the text "Count me in!" to fullmer@lvc.edu.

I am happy to assist students interested in creating service projects or connecting with local service agencies. Feel free to stop by and see me in my office in Miller Chapel.

Wishing you the joy of service,

Chaplain Fullmer
Director of Community Service and Volunteerism
