LVC offers a range of housing options. For the first two years, students lie in traditional residence halls, allowing them to learn about themselves, meet a lot of people, and make friends. Most upperclassmen live in more independent environments, including small houses, rooms clustered as suites, or apartment-style housing

  • All bedrooms are single-sex.
  • Each resident is provided a bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet space. 

Traditional Hall Room Rates for 2016–2017
  • $2,655.00 per semester.
  • $5,310.00 for the year.
  • single rooms are charged at a Level 1 rate

Houses, Apartments, Suites, and Single Rooms
  • All apartments and suites are single-sex.
  • All suites and apartments are provided with beds, dressers, desk, desk chair, mini blinds, sofa, chair, and end table.
  • For upperclass students.

Level 1, 2 Room Rates for 2016–2017
  • Level 1 = $3,255.00 per semester or $6,510.00 for the year
  • Level 2 = $3,085.00 per semester or $6,170.00 for the year 

Special Interest Communities
  • For upperclass students.
  • All bedrooms are single-sex, even if some houses are co-ed.
