Letter to the LVC Community

To the LVC Community –

Last week, the LVC Board of Trustees learned of the need to extend the search for a new President of the College. The plans for an extended search will be coordinated by Elyse Rogers, Chair of the Search Committee; Kathy Bishop, Co-Chair of the Search Committee; and, Lynn Phillips, Chair of the Trustees. They will be assisted by James P. Ferrare, PhD, Managing Principal of AGB Search.

Selection of LVC’s President is the most critical responsibility of the Board of Trustees. The search for a President will continue until the Trustees are confident that the finalist will be a strong and talented professional who is well-prepared to lead LVC’s transformation in preparing students to live in a diverse and changing world.
