Before coming to Lebanon Valley College in July of 2009, Michael Green was associate dean for six years and associate vice president since 2007 at Augustana College in Rock Island, Ill. He began his teaching career in 1990 as part of Augustana’s Department of Music, and served as chair of that department for five years. He has performed as an orchestral and freelance bass trombonist in a wide variety of venues in addition to his teaching and administrative responsibilities.

Ann plans, develops, and administers the human resource management function at the College in accordance with federal, state, and local employment laws. As a member of the senior staff, Ann works closely with the president and vice presidents to assure the human resource function aligns with the College’s strategic plan and vision. Her responsibilities include interpreting human resources policies and procedures, recruitment, talent management, staff development toward inclusive excellence, safety and wellness benefits, wage and salary programs and policies, and organizational planning and development. Ann also assists in identifying and resolving employee relations and work performance issues to facilitate communications and improve employee satisfaction and work performances. She serves as the College’s Title IX coordinator and handles complaints of unfair treatment, sexual harassments, and discrimination.

Marty provides overall strategic and operational direction to the College’s marketing and communications efforts. The Office of Marketing and Communications includes the publications, web, public relations, and athletic communication divisions. Marty also serves as the Chair of the Web Committee.
