Students with Disabilities
Making the transition from college to career can seem overwhelming as students seek to display independence while possibly needing to request reasonable accommodations in the work place. The Center for Career Development, along with the Center for Accessibility Resources seek to assist students in this process by providing assistance and promoting dignity, understanding and acceptance.
This government website provides disability resources for living: civil rights, health care, work place rights and more.
Sponsored by National Center for College Students with Disabilities (NCCSD), this national organization is open to higher education students of all types with any kind of disability, culturally Deaf students, and non disabled students who are allies and peers.
