The Key to a Successful College Experience is Planning
Freshman year: Research majors, attend career events, consider taking career assessments, build your Handshake profile, get involved in on-campus clubs and organizations
Sophomore year: Decide on a major, explore career options, conduct informational interviews and job shadows, begin building your online profile, create a resume, attend career events
Junior year: Participate in internships, consult with career mentors, meet with us to review resume and cover letter, participate in career fairs and mock interviews, begin graduate school preparation (if applicable)
Senior year: Attend career fairs, finalize resume and cover letter, begin online job search, apply to graduate schools, participate in mock interviews, meet with us to discuss job search strategies and interview preparation.
