Student Athlete Learning Outcomes

1. Student-athletes will have a clear understanding of the Division III Philosophy and know they are students first and foremost

2. Student-athletes will have a quality athletic experience

3. Student-athletes will learn the importance of health, safety and lifelong fitness
Assessment tool: Body Armor survey, Athletic Training Survey, end of year report, sr exit interviews 

4. Student-athletes will learn the importance of civic engagement
Assessment tool: Community service report, end of year report, sr exit interviews 

5. Student-athletes will be active participants in governance on campus, in the Middle Atlantic conference and the NCAA.

6. Student-athletes will learn the importance of a strong bond among members of our campus community, as well as the community at large and alumni
