GMAT Waiver Policy
In order to be eligible for a GMAT waiver, an applicant must have:
- An advanced degree (e.g., masters or higher); OR,
- An undergraduate grade point average of 3.4 or higher; OR,
- A combination of an undergraduate grade point average of 3.0 or higher; AND, three (3) years or more of post-bachelor’s professional experience. A letter from your supervisor detailing your responsibilities and a personal interview with an MBA Director may also be required; OR
- Five (5) or more years of documented managerial experience. A letter from your supervisor detailing your managerial responsibilities and a personal interview with the MBA Director may also be required.
Applicants who do not meet the above criteria should submit GMAT scores. Applicants without the minimum professional experience and less than a 3.4 or higher undergraduate GPA will be required to take the GMAT and achieve a score of 450 or higher. with your application materials. These requirements are only guidelines. Waivers are not guaranteed and must be approved by the MBA Director whose decisions are final.
