Group Fitness Classes
At Lebanon Valley College, we offer a variety of land and water fitness classes to meet the needs of our students, staff and community members. The majority of our classes are licensed through Les Mills. we offer these world-renown classes, as well as other fitness classes, to motivate our participants. View a typical class

Arthritis Aquatics
Gentle range of motion and muscle strengthening exercises that with the aid of the water's buoyancy and resistance can help improve joint flexibility. This group activity in 90 degree water can help to relieve pain and stiffness associated with arthritis.
BodyFlow
The Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength; leaving you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.
BodyCombat
An empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. Our music and instructor strike, punch, kick and kata your way through a superior workout.
BodyPump
The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for - and fast!
BodyStep
An energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Its fat burning that shapes and tones your body.
Lite Power Hour
A lighter version of Power Hour. A combination class that engages aerobics, toning, stretching & more by using bands and exer-balls. A lively workout to launch your day!
H2O Aerobics
A medium to high intensity workout that focuses on cardiovascular conditioning and strength. This total body workout is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The water temperature ranges from 80-84 degrees.
Water Wellness
This 45 minute class focuses on improving mobility, muscular control, postural strength and teaching effective relaxation techniques. The water temperature is 90 degrees.
ZUMBA
Interval training sessions where fast & slow rhythms, & resistance training are combined to tone & sculpt your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got Zumba.
