 Announcements 

  • Inclement Weather Arena Closures for Intercollegiate Sports: On inclement weather days, the intercollegiate teams may use the indoor arena from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m.  
  • Closure:  The Main Pool will be closed this Saturday for the Special Olympics Swimming Invitational.
  • Closure:  The LVC Sports center will be closed Friday, April 19th at 1 p.m. to accommodate Presidential Inauguration and ValleyFest activities.  
  • Fitness Center Orientations: We will be offering fitness center orientations for new gym members or those that need a refresher course on how to properly use our exercise equipment. Available to all members, staff, and students for no charge.  
    • Orientation Dates: Mar. 28 at 11 a.m., Apr. 11 at 11 a.m., April 23 at 9 a.m., May 2 at 11 a.m., May 14 at 9 a.m., May 30 at 11 a.m.

Mission of the LVC Sports Center

The mission of the center is to promote, conduct, and administer recreational activities and fitness programs that support the health and wellness of our students, faculty, and staff. In addition, the center encourages community members to take advantage of the facilities and programs. The center is available to on-campus and off-campus organizations for special events.
